S ,WHEREAS, the City Council previously instructed City
ngireer to prepare and file plans, specifications, form of
U contract and preliminary estimate of cost, etc . , for the
construction of the F.Y. 2003 Salvaged Asphalt Crushing, Contract
CNo . 662 , in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, as specified in the
El spO;cifications, and
5 WHEREAS, the Engineers have filed said plans,
specifications, form of contract and preliminary estimate of
costs, etc . , and the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
having considered the same .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said plans, specifications, form of contract
and preliminary estimate of cost, etc . , be, and the same are
hereby preliminarily approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of January, 2003 .
