d t's! ;:-IThat the bid of Prairie Construction of Waterloo, Iowa, in
E-Oeamount of $1, 132, 000. 00, for the Five Sullivan Brothers
Convention Center 2002 Renovation, described in the plans and
specifications heretofore adopted by this Council for said
project, atter putiiic nearing on punlisnect notice required ny
law, be and is hereby accepted, the same being the lowest bid
received for said work.
The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby directed to execute
contract with the said contractor for the construction of said
improvements, said contract not to De ninaing on tne Uity until
approved by this Council .
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of January, 2003.
