--; `tnTHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
2h .retofore instructed the Waterloo Housing Authority Director of
.said- City to prepare proposed plans, specifications, foLm of
contract, etc. , for the Replacement of Heating/Air Conditioning
1711i. at 225 W. Ridgeway Avenue, and

x WHEREAS, said Waterloo Housing Authority Director did file
said preliminary plans, specifications, form of contract, etc. ,
for the Replacement of Heating/Air Conditioning Units at 225 W.
Ridgeway Avenue, which were preliminarily approved on December
16, 2003, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on January
21, 2003, and no objections were made.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed plans, specifications, form of
contract and bond, etc. , for the Replacement of Heating/Air
Conditioning Units at 225 W. Ridgeway Avenue, in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same are hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of January, 2003 .
