RESOLUTION ORDERING THE CONSTRUCTION OF

REPLACEMENT OF HEATING/AIR CONDITIONING UNITS
• AT 225 W. RIDGEWAY AVENUE.

(DQ > WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2003-40, plans, specifications,
c0E-4 , for the Replacement of Heating/Air Conditioning Units at

t-?•':'.2:2$ W. Ridgeway Avenue, have been approved and adopted by this
" Council after the hearing prescribed by statute.
29 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
_WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it
so ordered on motion by this Council that the said
improvements be constructed in accordance with said plans and
specifications.
That said work shall be done by contract and shall be
commenced promptly after receipt of "Notice to Proceed" .
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of January, 2003.
