'BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
crAS FOLLOWS;
Section 1 . That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa
shall meet at City Hall Council Chambers in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa at 5: 30 p.m. on the 10th day of February, 2003, for the
purpose of considering and acting upon a proposal to vacate, sell
and convey a portion of street right-of-way generally located at
the southwest corner of Franklin Street and Vinton Street to Gene
Geiger, and legally described as follows:
The North eighty-five feet (85' ) of the South one
hundred forty-five feet (145' ) of the West thirty feet
(30' ) of Lot 5 Block 4 of Hallidays Addition, all in
the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa;
for $500 . 00, plus costs .
Section 2 . That the City Clerk is hereby directed to
publish notice of the time and place of said hearing in the
Waterloo Courier.
