w WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,

m -heretofore instructed the City Engineer of said City to prepare
proposed plans, specifications, form of contract, etc. , for the
F.Y. -.2003 Salvaged Asphalt Crushing, in the City of Waterloo,
Jowa,' known as Contract No. 662, and
WHEREAS, said City Engineer did file said preliminary plans,

specifications, form of contract, etc. , for the F.Y. 2003
Salvaged Asphalt Crushing, known as Contract No. 662, which were
preliminarily approved on January 13, 2003, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on January
27, 2003, and no objections were made.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed plans, specifications, form of
contract and bond, etc. , for the F.Y. 2003 Salvaged Asphalt
Crushing, known as Contract No. 662, in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, be, and the same are hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 27th day of January, 2003 .
