STORM WATER DISCHARGE
The City of Waterloo, IA plans to
submit a Notice af Intent to the Iowa
Department of Natural Resources to
be covered under the NPDES Genetal
Permt No.2 Storm Water Discharge
Associated with Industrial Activity for
Construction Activities.
The storm water discharge will be
from the construction of 5,000 feet of
sanitary sewer Iocated in SE and SW
114s af Section 15 T88N-R12W in
Black Hawk County Iowa.
Storm water will be discharged from
one point source and will be dis-
charged to the foliowing streams: Sink
Creek and the Cedar River.
Comments may be submitted to the
Storm Water Discharge Coordinator,
Iowa Departrnent of Natural
