RESOLUTION ACCEPTING PLAT IMPROVEMENTS FOR
p ;16 ANDERSON' S SIXTH ADDITION IN THE CITY OF
• WATERLOO, IOWA.

�, WHEREAS, the following improvements were required as a
T a Condition precedent to the final approval of Anderson' s Sixth
;Addition; namely the installation of sanitary sewer and services,
installation of storm sewer, the bringing of streets to grade,
the installation of nine ( 9) inch asphalt paving, Portland cement
'concrete curb and gutter, and incidentals, and

I-4 WHEREAS, the above improvements have been completed in
substantial conformance with the construction plans, standards
and requirements of the City Engineer.
WHEREAS, Rampart Corporation, Peterson Contractors, Inc. and
K & W Electric, Inc. have provided two-year maintenance bonds for
said Anderson' s Sixth Addition.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Plat Improvements for Anderson' s
Sixth Addition, be and the same are hereby accepted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 27th day of January, 2003 .
