that the contract of Cunningham Construction Company, Inc . of
(; Cedar Falls, Iowa, for the F.Y. 2002 San Marnan Drive Traffic
Improvements, STP-U-8155 (657) -70-07, Contract No . 647, in the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, signed on behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, by the Mayor and the City Clerk as of the 3rd day of
February, 2003 , together with the accompanying bond for the
faithful performance of said contract signed by United Fire and
Casualty Company of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, as surety thereon, be,
and the same are hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of February, 2003 .
