BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
!that the Professional Services Agreement dated February 3 , 2003 ,
' `at a cost of $39, 300 . 00 in conjunction with the F.Y. 2003

-,Biennial Bridge Inspection Program, by and between Earth Tech,
Inb . of Waterloo, Iowa, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and
the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute
the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
