CA M TOWNSHIP AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID 28E

c BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the 28E Agreement dated February 3, 2003, to provide fire
;'protection and ambulance services, by and between Cedar Township,
,txf:arld the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby
rapproved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf
sod the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of February, 2003.
