RUN HEIGHTS AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID

C jtC17 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
w eT hat the 28E Agreement dated February 3 , 2003 , to provide fire
troection and ambulance services, by and between Elk Run
eights, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is
[-hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
