L-JBE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
'that the 28E Agreement dated February 10, 2003 , to provide
ibuilding maintenance administration by and between Black Hawk
County, Iowa, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is
;hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in
hehalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
