that the Economic Development Improvement (EDI) Grant Agreement
t= dated February 10, 2003 , in the amount of $500, 000 . 00, to further
L;housing opportunities in the Brownfields Redevelopment Area, by
tr'and between U. S . Department of Housing and Urban Development, and
rr;the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved,

and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf of the
City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 10th day of February, 2003 .
