construction of the F.Y. 2003 Street Reconstruction Program,
Contract No. 659, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, as specified in

7 WHEREAS, the Engineers have filed said plans,
specifications, form of contract and preliminary estimate of
costs, etc . , and the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
having considered the same .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said plans, specifications, form of contract
and preliminary estimate of cost, etc . , be, and the same are
hereby preliminarily approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of February, 2003 .
