J RESOLUTION CREATING A CITIZEN' S COMPENSATION

�-' " " ' BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,

that a citizen' s compensation board be established for the purpose
a-, %af reviewing salaries of Mayor and Council Members .

`=r BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the board shall consist of one
representative for each elected official, with that representative
to be selected by the elected official; that once all the
information is compiled and reviewed by the compensation board,
the board will submit a recommendation to the full council for
formal action.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of February, 2003 .
