RESOLUTION NO. 2003-119
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING AND APPROVING CERTAIN
PURCHASE AGREEMENTS, PERMANENT AND TEMPORARY
EASEMENT AGREEMENTS AND DIRECTING EXECUTION
OF SAID AGREEMENTS BY MAYOR.
WHEREAS, the purchase and easement agreements of the
hereinafter described parcels are necessary to carry out the San
Marnan Drive Traffic Improvements Project, Phase II ,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the purchase agreements and
permanent and temporary easement agreements for the parcels
hereinafter described, all of which are situated in the City of
Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa, are accepted and approved and
the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute
the same in behalf of the City.
The subject parcels are :

Waterloo, Iowa, except the Northwesterly One Hundred
Seventy (170) feet thereof, and that part of unplatted
