RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE ANNUAL BUDGET FOR THE

kj BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
w t.� That the annual budget for the Fiscal Year ending June 30,
J .:2004 , as set forth in the Budget Summary Certificate in the
detailed budget in support thereof showing the revenue estimates
and appropriation, expenditures and allocations to programs for
co said fiscal year is adopted, and the City Clerk is directed to
