w pi that the Agreement dated March 3 , 2003 , at a cost not to exceed
$1p, 000 . 00 to prepare grant application for U. S . Environmental
w Protection Agency (EPA) Brownfields Program funding in the amount

till QQf "$200, 00 . 00 and HUD Section 108 in conjunction with Chamberlain
;. Manufacturing site assessment, by and between Howard R. Green
Company, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is
hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of March, 2003 .
