W tr+ O i S Cx'' WHEREAS, Thomas and Mary Dunlay, 8543 Hammond Avenue, have Cr�.i a:pa�d; 'the Waterloo Water Works the remaining balance of the Promissory Note and Mortgage in conjunction with the Kimball South Rural Water Main Project for the following described property A part of the Northwest Quarter (NW1%) of the Southwest Quarter (SW1%) of Section no. Thirty-five (35) , Township No. Eighty-eight (88) North, Range Thirteen (13) West of the Fifth Principal Meridian in Black Hawk County, Iowa, bounded as follows : Commencing on the West line of said Southwest Quarter (SW%) Four Hundred (400 . 0) feet South of the Northwest corner of said Southwest Quarter (SW%) ; thence South Two Hundred (200 . 0) feet ; thence East Seven Hundred Fifty-one (751) feet ; thence North Two Hundred (200 . 0) feet; thence West Seven Hundred Fifty-one (751 . 0) feet to the place of beginning, all in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Release of Real Estate Mortgage dated March 3 , 2003 , for payment of Promissory Note in conjunction with the Kimball South Rural Water Main Project, by and between Thomas and Mary Dunlay, 8543 Hammond Avenue, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
