t .' BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,

r: that the Agreement dated March 3 , 2003 , to allow access to the
r former Construction Machinery Company (CMC) properties for
appraising, surveying, environmental evaluation and testing on
Ethy, site, by and between Glenwood Properties, LLC of Scottsdale,
5Artzona, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is
hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of March, 2003 .
