WHEREAS, the City Council previously instructed City
o nngipeer to prepare and file plans, specifications, form of
� :oritract and preliminary estimate of cost, etc . , for the
Construction of the F.Y. 2003 Asphalt Overlay Program, Contract
Na. :660 , in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, as specified in the
specifications, and
o) WHEREAS, the Engineers have filed said plans,
specifications, form of contract and preliminary estimate of
costs, etc . , and the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
having considered the same .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said plans, specifications, form of contract
and preliminary estimate of cost, etc . , be, and the same are
hereby preliminarily approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of March, 2003 .
