"WHEREAS, the City Council previously instructed the F,Supefintendent of Traffic Operations to prepare and file plans, specifications, form of contract and preliminary estimate of cost, etc . , for the construction of the F.Y. 2003 Traffic Signal KMaterials for East San Marnan Drive and Hammond Avenue, CS-TSF- "8155 (39) -85--07, Contract No. 672 , in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, as specified in the specifications, and WHEREAS, the Superintendent of Traffic Operations has filed said plans, specifications, form of contract and preliminary estimate of costs, etc . , and the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, having considered the same . NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that said plans, specifications, form of contract and preliminary estimate of cost, etc . , be, and the same are hereby preliminarily approved.
