• RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF PLANS,
U 0 H SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ESTIMATED
• tri COST, ETC. , IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE F.Y. 2003
C4 tr o n ASPHALT OVERLAY PROGRAM, CONTRACT NO. 660 .
I h, WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the City Engineer of said City to prepare
co paposed plans, specifications, form of contract, etc . , for the
F.Y., 2003 Asphalt Overlay Program, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
mown as Contract No. 660, and
co 1;-+ WHEREAS, said City Engineer did file said preliminary plans,
specifications, form of contract, etc . , for the F.Y. 2003 Asphalt
Overlay Program, known as Contract No. 660, which were
preliminarily approved on March 3 , 2003 , and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on March
17, 2003 , and no objections were made .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed plans, specifications, form of
contract and bond, etc . , for the F.Y. 2003 Asphalt Overlay
Program, known as Contract No. 660 , in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, be, and the same are hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of March, 2003 .
