'--! WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
O hereto€ore instructed the City Engineer of said City to prepare
CO proposed plans, specifications, form of contract, etc . , for the
F.Y?.'` 2003 Sidewalk Repair Program - Zone 3 , and Trail Repairs, in
<ithe City of Waterloo, Iowa, known as Contract No. 664 , and
' WHEREAS, said City Engineer did file said preliminary plans,
specifications, form of contract, etc . , for the F.Y. 2003
Sidewalk Repair Program - Zone 3 , and Trail Repairs, known as
Contract No. 664 , which were preliminarily approved on February
24 , 2003 , and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on March
17 , 2003 , and no objections were made .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed plans, specifications, form of
contract and bond, etc . , for the F.Y. 2003 Sidewalk Repair
Program - Zone 3 , and Trail Repairs, known as Contract No. 664 ,
in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same are hereby,
approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of March, 2003 .
