w 171 (BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
crt-hat the grant application dated March 17, 2003 , for 2003
`v --'Bulletproof Vest Partnership Program funds to be used to purchase
50 bulletproof vests, with City paying 50 percent of the costs,
by and between the Department of Justice, Bureau of Justice
Assistance, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is
hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17t' day of March, 2003 .
