:7) M BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
ciat the Professional Services Agreement dated March 17, 2003, at
a! -cost not to exceed rz3 �' $70 , 000 . 00 , to provide Implementation
Services in conjunction with the Riverfront Renaissance Plan
Project, by and between Vandewalle & Associates of Madison,
Wisconsin, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is
hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of March, 2003 .
