w C that the Right of Entry Agreement dated March 17, 2003 , to allow
I, John Deere Waterloo Works access across the Levee along Black
T <;Hawk Creek for the purpose of removing trees along the bottom of
g;Black Hawk Creek between U. S . Highway 218 and the railroad bridge
