RESOLUTION NO. 2003-178
RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF
HEARING AND NOTICE TO BE GIVEN ON THE SALE
AND CONVEYANCE OF LOT I AND LOT E GENERALLY
LOCATED ALONG GREENHILL ROAD AND KATOSKI
DRIVE AS APRIL 7, 2003, AT 5 : 30 P.M. IN CITY
HALL COUNCIL CHAMBERS, WATERLOO, IOWA AND
INSTRUCTING THE CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH THE
NOTICE OF HEARING.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
AS FOLLOWS :
Section 1 . That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
shall meet at City Hall Council Chambers in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa at 5 : 30 p .m. on the 7th day of April , 2003 , for the purpose
of considering and acting upon a proposal to sell and convey
property generally located along Greenhill Road and Katoski Drive
to Young Plumbing and Heating Company, legally described as
follows :

That part of the West 231 . 5 feet of the East 281 . 5 feet
of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (SE'%
SE1/) of Section 20, Township 89 North, Range 13 West of
the Fifth Principal Meridian, City of Waterloo, Black

Commencing at the Southeast corner of said Southeast
