RESOLUTION PRELIMINARILY APPROVING SPECIFICATIONS,
FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC. , FOR 2003 RIGHT OF WAY
MOWING.

(7) WHEREAS, the City Council previously instructed the Leisure
S ,rVices Director, to prepare and file specifications, form of
ti rcontract , etc . , for the 2003 Right of Way Mowing in the City of
Iaterloo, Iowa, as specified in the specifications, and
�• CD WHEREAS, the Leisure Services Director has filed said
specifications, form of contract, etc . , and the Council of the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, having considered the same .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said specifications, form of contract, etc . ,
for the construction of the 2003 Right of Way Mowing in the City
be, and the same are hereby preliminarily approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this l7th day of March, 2003 .
