OZOSection 1 . That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
trist2ii- Meet at the City Hall Council Chambers in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, at 5 : 30 p.m. on the 31' day of March, 2003 , for
the purpose of holding a public hearing on proposed
specifications, form of contract, etc . , for the 2003 Right of Way
Mowing, in the City of Waterloo and the taking of bids therefore .
Section 2 . That the City Clerk is hereby directed to
publish notice of the time and place of said hearing in the
Waterloo Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of March, 2003 .
