CD C) WHEREAS, Antwoin Wiggley and Summer Keene, 512 Rhey Street,
,are having a wedding reception (including DJ) in their yard, and

w { WHEREAS, said music will exceed the limits of the Noise
EOOinance, Ordinance No. 3094, and

WHEREAS, said Antwoin Wiggley and Summer Keene have made
formal application for a variance effective April 12, 2003 from
5:"00 p.m. to 10: 00 p.m.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA that the request of Antwoin Wiggley and Summer
Keene, 512 Rhey Street, for a variance to Ordinance No. 3094,
Noise Ordinance, in conjunction with having a wedding reception
(including DJ) in their yard on April 12, 2003 from 5: 00 p.m. to
10: 00 p.m. be and the same hereby granted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 31st day of March, 2003.
