RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF

0 0 SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC. , IN
• Cr' CONJUNCTION WITH THE 2003 RIGHT-OF-WAY MOWING.

S US WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
' heretofore instructed the Leisure Services Director of said City
to iprepare proposed specifications, form of contract, etc. , for
ottle 2003 Right-of-Way Mowing, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, said Leisure Services Director did file said
preliminary specifications, foiiti of contract, etc. , for the 2003
Right-of-Way Mowing, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on March 31,
2003, and no objections were made.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed specifications, form of
contract and bond, etc. , for the 2003 Right-of-Way Mowing, in the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same are hereby, approved as
filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 31st day of March, 2003.
