E' H t a RESOLUTION NO. 2003-203 o 0 tra E�+ • s it f' RESOLUTION APPROVING RELEASE OF REAL ESTATE o MORTGAGE FOR BLAINE AND JUDITH MILLER, 7100 ><Lii KIMBALL AVENUE, FOR PAYMENT OF PROMISSORY c/, `TNOTE IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE KIMBALL SOUTH C. r H RURAL WATER MAIN PROJECT AND DIRECTING el) ill , EXECUTION OF SAID RELEASE OF REAL ESTATE o r~c , Z ,y MORTGAGE BY MAYOR. v t; o • u `WH:EREAS Blaine and Judith Miller, 7100 Kimball Avenue, crave 'paid the Waterloo Water Works the remaining balance of the Promissory Note and Mortgage in conjunction with the Kimball South Rural Water Main Project for the following described property: The West Half (W'1) of the Northwest Quarter (NW11) of Section Twenty-seven (27 ) , Township Eighty- eight North, Range Thirteen (13) West of the Fifth Principal Meridian in Black Hawk County, Iowa, subject to land conveyed to Black Hawk County, Iowa, for road purposes and use as a public Highway by deed recorded in Book 91 of Land Deeds at Page 181 in the Office of the Recorder of Black Hawk County, Iowa, all in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Release of Real Estate Mortgage dated March 31, 2003, for payment of Promissory Note in conjunction with the Kimball South Rural Water Main Project, by and between Blaine and Judith Miller, 7100 Kimball Avenue, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
