cp BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
1) .that the Supplemental Agreement No. 5 dated March 31, 2003, for
(-4 construction related services in conjunction with San Marnan Drive
L.-- Traffic Improvements, Phase II, STP-U-8155 (657) -70-07, Contract
667, at a cost of $88, 300.25, by and between Parsons
Transportation Group, Inc. of Minneapolis, Minnesota, and the City
.of. Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the
Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of
r,Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 31st day of March, 2003.
