NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the request of the No Gray Ministries to hold
a Festival of Truth Event at Lincoln Park and to close East 4th
Street from Mulberry Street to Franklin Street from 9:00 a.m. to
9:00 p.m. on June 14, 2003, be and the same is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of April , 2003 .
