RESOLUTION GRANTING REQUEST OF THE NO GRAY
O < MINISTRIES FOR VARIANCE TO NOISE ORDINANCE,
ORDINANCE NO. 3094 .

H WHEREAS, the No Gray Ministries is having a music festival,
ow includes live bands and other activities at Lincoln Park,

WHEREAS, said singing and band activity exceeds the limits of
� th.e Noise Ordinance, Ordinance No. 3094, and
WHEREAS, said No Gray Ministries has made formal application
for a variance to the Noise Ordinance, Ordinance No. 3094,
effective June 14, 2003 from 9: 00 a.m. to 9: 00 p.m.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA that the request of the No Gray Ministries for a
variance to Ordinance No. 3094, Noise Ordinance in conjunction
with singing and band activity at Lincoln Park on June 14, 2003
from 9: 00 a.m. to 9: 00 p.m. be and the same hereby granted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of April, 2003.
