O E WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, heretofore instructed the Superintendent of Traffic Operations to -,prepare, proposed plans, specifications, form of contract, etc. , fot th F.Y. 2003 Traffic Signal Materials for Frontage Road c?Irrtersection at 3700 Block of University Avenue, known as Contrast No. 673, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and WHEREAS, said Superintendent of Traffic Operations did file said preliminary plans, specifications, form of contract, etc. , for the F.Y. 2003 Traffic Signal Materials for Frontage Road Intersection at 3700 Block of University Avenue, known as Contract No. 673, which were preliminarily approved on March 17, 2003, and WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on April 7, 2003, and no objections were made. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that said plans, specifications, form of contract, etc. , be, and the same are hereby, approved as filed.
