,„-WHEREAS, on April 7, 2003, at 5: 30 p.m. in the City Hall
' gCQuncil Chambers a public hearing was held by the City of
,Waterloo concerning F.Y. 2003 Traffic Signal Materials for
Frontage Road Intersection at 3700 Block of University Avenue,
'``Contract No. 673, and
(WHEREAS, no objections were made to the proposed
construction of said project .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that this project may proceed to the letting and awarding of this
contract.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be hereby
instructed to certify a copy of this resolution to the Iowa
Department of Transportation.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of April, 2003 .
