FOLLOWS
C,, ' Section" 1. That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa
t° shal.l. meet at City Hall Council Chambers in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa at 5 _3 p.m. on the 28th day of April, 2003, for the purpose
of considering and acting upon a proposal to sell and convey
property generally located at 925 Logan Avenue to Black Hawk
Habitat for Humanity, and legally described as follows :
East Park Place Lot 1 Block 9, all in the City of Waterloo,
Black Hawk County,
for $1 . 00, plus costs .
Section 2 . That the City Clerk is hereby directed to
publish notice of the time and place of said hearing in the
Waterloo Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of April, 2003.
