,7chief, to prepare and file bid documents for the purchase of
' ambulance for Waterloo Fire and Rescue in the City of Waterloo,

w WHEREAS, the Fire Chief has filed said bid documents, and
Ethe Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, having considered the
same.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said bid documents, be, and the same are
hereby preliminarily approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of April, 2003.
