9 FilO BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:

" That the bid of Professional Lawn Care of Waterloo, Iowa, for
Option. A in the amount of $35 . 65 per acre, described in the
specifications heretofore adopted by this Council for said
proj?ct, after public hearing on published notice required by law,
be; and is hereby accepted, the same being the lowest bid received •
for- said work.
The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby directed to execute
contract with the said contractor for the construction of said
improvements, said contract not to be binding on the City until
approved by this Council.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of April, 2003.
