HEREAS the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, shall
meet ,in the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of
'Waterlob,_ Iowa, at 5: 30 p.m. on the 5th day of May, 2003, for the
purpose- of considering and acting upon an application of Robert
'Bedard 'td rezcshe from "R-4" Multiple Family Residential District
to "C-1, C-Z" Conditional Commercial District, property generally
located at 3602-3606 Kimball Avenue for purpose of having option
for future uses of existing building and legally described as
follows :
Grangers Second Addition North 110 feet Lot 156, all in
the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
Notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of April, 2003 .
