Crl HARLEY-DAVIDSON CYCLE CENTER, AND DIRECTING
c EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
- BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the one year agreement dated April 14, 2003, to lease two
Piarley Davidson motorcycles at a cost of $50. 00 per month per
Metprcycle, plus routine maintenance, by and between Harley-
CO pavidson Cycle Center and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the
same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the
_st0,me in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
