-LWHEREAS, the City Council previously instructed the
WPexintendent of Traffic Operations to prepare and file plans,
ro specifications, form of contract, etc. , for the purchase of Green
LED Traffic Signal Light Retrofit, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
as, specified in the specifications, and
--16HEREAS, the Superintendent of Traffic Operations has filed
Said " plans, specifications, foLm of contract, etc. , and the
Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, having considered the
same.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said plans, specifications, form of
contract, etc. , be, and the same are hereby preliminarily
approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of April, 2003.
