cf3EJ 171 ltESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
AS FOLLOWS
Section 1 . That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
shall meet at the City Hall Council Chambers in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, at 5 :30 p.m. on the 5th day of May, 2003, for the
purpose of holding a public hearing on proposed plans,
specifications, form of contract, etc. for purchase of Green LED
Traffic Signal Light Retrofit, in the City of Waterloo and the
taking of bids therefore.
Section 2 . That the City Clerk is hereby directed to
publish notice of the time and place of said hearing in the
Waterloo Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of April, 2003.
