tri ' WHEREAS, : the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, shall
rrret in , the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, at 5: 30 p.m. on the 28th day of April, 2003, for
tie` purpose of considering the request of Hy-Vee for a proposed

site plan amendment to the "S-1" Shopping
in Center Commercial
District for the development of a convenience store to be
generally located on Flammang Drive, just northeast of the Hy-Vee
Store, legally described as follows :
Crossroads Plat No. 6 Lot 5, all in the City of Waterloo,
Black Hawk County, Iowa.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of April, 2003.
