RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH HOWARD R.
• 1( ttl GREEN COMPANY AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID

`A) s BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Professional Services Agreement dated April 21, 2003, at
` a ' cost of $1, 800 . 00 in conjunction with preparation of
Con'struction Machinery for site enrollment in the State of Iowa
Eland Recycling Program, by and between Howard R. Green of Cedar
Rapids, Iowa, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is
hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA that the application fee of $750. 00 as well as DNR
technical oversight cost of no more than $10, 000, which costs are
reimbursable through the City' s State of Iowa Brownfields grant,
be and the same is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of April, 2003 .
