MtICE OF HEARING.
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, shall
omeet in the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of
rWaterloo;: Iowa, at 5: 30 p.m. on the 5th day of May 2003, for the
purpose of considering and acting upon the Community Development
Block Grant (CDBG) and HOME Program One-Year Action Plan for the
period of July 1, 2003 to June 30, 2004 .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of April, 2003.
