RESOLUTION PRELIMINARILY APPROVING PLANS,
o SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC. , FOR
• TRANSFER/PROCESSING OF RECYCLABLE MATERIALS .

1 Superintendent of Waste Management to prepare and file plans,
Wecfications, form of contract, etc. , for the
,,'traWer/processing of recyclable materials, in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, as specified in the specifications, and

'-in' r'1WHEREAS, the Superintendent of Waste Management has filed
aid plans, specifications, form of contract, etc. , and the
'Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, having considered the
same.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said plans, specifications, form of
contract, etc. , be, and the same are hereby preliminarily
approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of April, 2003 .
